A day in a life of a bottle nose dolphin

Walt write in first person.

It was an early morning and the sun went up, up, up, into the sky. It was a fantastic sunrise. I flipped and spun  in the sky like a balloon. If anything attacked me in the water I knew I'd be safe be in a group full of other dolphins. There are about 10-15 dolphins in my group called a pod. I am pretty fast at swimming and if it's a mako shark, I have to swim fast!! Because mako sharks can go 35 miles an hour.  I can go 3 to 7 miles an hour so a do have to go fast. But there's no mako shark here now. Phew! It's just my pod. Now I should go on with my day and look for some fish to eat.

  1. Hi Angus I liked the story of the bottled nose dolphin. When i read it had NO spelling mistakes. It reminds me off the story i wrote last year. A bit different but not really.
