 W.A.L.T Understanding the meaning of trustworthy.

 I have been working with my buddy on an being trustworthy. Trust is like when you ask for something with saying please, not being trustworthy is not asking for something you want.

Haiku poem

W.A.L.T write a haiku poem 

We have been learning to write haiku poems. They have different syllables
 in each line.

Jumping in the leaves,

Leaves are falling from the sky,

Leaves are like chippies.

Maths Week 2

W.A.L.T Work out times two facts from doubling

My class has been working on giving advice about maths. Here I am teaching people to solve times two facts from doubling. 

Recount refugee walk

 W.A.L.T  write a brief recount  

On Monday 10th May the senior syndicate went to the red zone. My favourite part was that I got to get some rice when I was hungry. We had to hide when Mr Gray blew the whistle. Then we had to stay there until it was clear to go. We had to go over the Pages Road bridge to get to the red zone. There were 4 activities one was when we had to make tents out of tarps and another one is we had to run away and hide when the teacher blew their whistle. After this experience I don´t think I would like to be a refugee. 
 

 

My Report about NBC!

In room 2 we have been researching and learning about new Brighton catholic (NBC).

We looked at time capsules, interviewed ms Daines (the principal), and went around the school to take notes. I enjoyed this because I liked being outside and walking around!

Hats

 W.A.L.T use thinking skills,

My class has been using thinking hats about a story called Jesus rose from the dead. And there are colours of hats. Green is creativity, White is information, Black is problems, Red is emotions, Yellow is positives, and Blue hat is thinking. My favourite hat was yellow because when Jesus died a few days later he rose from the dead, and my leas favourite was the black hat because people did not believe he was the son of God, and Jesus was forced to die on skull hill.
